„Sparks“ is my thesis project of the master „Digital Arts“ which I graduated from in October 2015.
I realised the entire film myself – from the concept, direction, camera, editing to the final touches.

Since I am a dancer myself, I always wanted to do a project involving dance. I wanted to convey the feeling of joy and freedom I have while dancing.
It is not always about perfect technique, it is more about having fun and letting yourself go.

The animation(sparks) stand for these radiant feelings. They were done frame by frame in After Effects.
